Excitement had been building for months, with test units spotted across Baluchistan.

Soon after, Hyundai Pakistan shared a teaser image showcasing the car’s luxurious interior, and now the full specifications have finally been revealed.

Hyundai Nishat has set the price of the new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid at PKR 9,699,999, making it a strong contender in the local hybrid market given its impressive features and fuel efficiency.

With its sleek design, powerful hybrid engine, and advanced safety features, the new Elantra Hybrid is poised to attract Pakistani consumers seeking a stylish and eco-friendly sedan.

Engine & Power:

The Elantra Hybrid is equipped with Hyundai’s Smartstream 1.6L GDI Atkinson cycle 4-cylinder engine, paired with a permanent magnet synchronous motor.

This efficient hybrid setup offers a combined output of 139 hp and 264 Nm of torque, powered by a robust lithium-ion polymer battery with a capacity of 1.32 kWh and a 42 kW output.

The motor itself generates up to 33 kW (43 hp) and 170 Nm of torque, delivering an optimal balance of power and fuel efficiency for drivers.

Exterior Design:

Hyundai’s new Elantra Hybrid showcases a refreshed design, embracing the company’s latest parametric design language.
